Elizabeth is a registered dietitian with a B.S. in Biology from Trinity College and a B.S. in Nutrition from LIU Post Long Island. She completed her dietetic internship at NewYork-Presbyterian Hospital in Manhattan and has extensive clinical experience with diverse populations of all ages. She is currently based in NYC and the Hamptons.
